**Tried Mixue’s Lemonade—Finally.** . I’ve always been curious about it. People said, “It’s nothing special.” Just okay. Still—I had to try it. . Not sure if the lemons come from their own plantation like they claim, but one thing’s for sure: their service? Outstanding. . I ordered lemonade with less sugar. They gave me 70%. Still sweet for my taste, but manageable. I mentioned I’d add some ice and water to tone it down. What did the staff do? Apologized *and* offered to remake it at 30% sugar—**for free**. . It wasn’t even their fault. We just didn’t communicate clearly. Didn’t expect that kind of care, but it left a real impression. . So yeah—props to Mixue. Not just for the lemonade, but for how they treat customers. . . Follow me for more bites worth waking up for—especially if you're into local eats and hidden gems JSE@20250509

Hi Mixue NSK Cheng, I’ve been trying to get my favorite items from your store, but it’s been so disappointing to see them out of stock each time I visit. I love your products and always look forward to enjoying them, so I hope the stock situation can be improved soon. I’m really hoping to see them back on the shelves soon! Mixue is affordable & quite delicious, been fan of them since they first opening their shop in Malaysia. When I visiting this branch, they currently train new staffs because of staffs shortage which is understandable, when i try to leave a review, i saw peoples sometimes have zero common sense, Empathy & Compassion. & simply put 1 review just because of is slight inconvenience for them, be nice and the Heavens will reward you tenfold.

Nice drink! My favourite O-coco milk tea, but this time the experience wasn’t great. The cashier had an unfriendly attitude and didn’t seem willing to answer questions.
